By Kenneth Oboh Your body language is very important in attracting and
seducing women. A word about the way that you move or walk
within a club or indeed any social environment. Do not walk
too fast or so slow that it looks like you do not know where
you are heading to. That instantly conveys a lack of
leadership quality. And this is a major turn off as far as
female attraction is concerned. Walking upright, head up and with a purpose conveys the
signal that you are a strong man who knows exactly where he
is heading, literally. And believe it or not, this is one of
those subconscious signals like the rest of body language
that will trigger feelings in a woman to make her conclude
instantly that you are either a leader therefore attractive,
or not. Also, the same thing applies to the way you cast your eyes
when looking at things around you within your environment.
Do it in a purposeful way. Always look round slowly, and
with a focused fixed gaze when looking at anything. If you
do it too fast and darting your eyes here, there, and
everywhere, you will come across like a rabbit caught in
headlights, and that is very unattractive to women. Eye
contact is the other very important part of body language in
attraction. The basic rule of eye contact is this: you have to look
everyone in the eye directly, always. Now this doesn't mean
that you should stare people down and run the risk of
looking like some sort of weird, retarded psycho. It means
that as you walk around on a daily basis or interact with
people in any social environment, you DO NOT avoid their
eyes if theirs meets yours at any point. Again the reason this is important in attraction and social
value is primal in nature. "Alpha," leader animals tend to
have a commanding presence when in a social group and the
most important thing that signals the strong male is direct
and steady eye contact. You only need to hold eye contact initially upon meeting
someone or clocking eyes on them suddenly for a fairly brief
period of time, say a good few seconds. After that it may
become slightly uncomfortable and you have to take a break
from looking too long in their eyes at any one time. And
that's okay as long as you DO NOT look downwards towards the
ground when you do so. Looking down after engaging in direct
eye contact is the prime way to communicate inferiority.
Only animals with very low social value tend to look down.
So if you need a break from eye contact, look to your left
or your right for a bit and then re-engage the eye contact. Now, I will tell you about an eye contact trick that will
make it so easy for you to hold eye contact for as long as
you wish and I promise you it will ramp up your
attractiveness no end in your interactions with women. What
you do is this: when looking at someone, instead of looking
straight in their eyes and hitting that point when it
becomes uncomfortable, focus your eyes on their eyebrows
instead and keep looking at the eyebrows. You will find that
when you do this, you can maintain direct eye contact for as
long as you need to and be in total control of the process
and never feel awkward about it. Would You Like To Discover Secrets To Attract & Seduce Any Woman

What You Need To Know When Buying Vegetable Seeds
By Dave Truman Spring is on its way and many people are looking forward to planning and planting their vegetable garden. There are so many options, it can be hard to know what to choose and from whom to purchase your seeds. Because there are so many online vegetable seed companies to pick from, the choices can be overwhelming. This article will help to point you in the right direction. Buying vegetable seeds online can be a very good choice. Many companies do not package their seeds ahead of time, which helps the seeds stay fresh longer. Likewise, many stores will ship the next day so you are guaranteed quick delivery. You will also find a very large selection of seeds that you may not be able to find at your local store. Even greenhouses or nurseries cannot provide a comprehensive array of viable vegetable seed options. If you are looking for that rare organic tomato seed, chances are you can find it online. Most online vegetable seed companies offer some type of warranty. Some say that if a seed does not produce within a certain time frame, they will refund your purchase price or replace the item. This is the most common type of warranty you will come across. Other guarantees say that they will refund your money if you are not satisfied for any reason. Regardless, make sure you understand the terms before you buy. Prices are usually fairly comparable, but check a few things before you purchase them. See how much you are really getting. Some sites may be cheaper, but they may be selling a lighter weight. Also be aware of the quality of the seeds. For example, heirloom seeds produce the best tasting tomatoes. There are also a lot of different types of the same vegetable. Be sure you are comparing the exact same vegetable or you will not get an accurate picture. Have an idea of the type of vegetables you would like to plant. Do you want an eclectic collection of classics and exotics. Are all organic vegetables your thing. Or do you just want an old fashioned vegetable garden with the staples of cooking in it. Whatever you choose, you can find a company that will cater to your preferences. Make sure that you patronize a reputable vegetable seed company. If you are unsure about where to start, ask some of your friends where they purchase their seeds. If you know someone in the neighborhood who has a great garden, ask them where they get their seeds or if they have any recommendations. Another way to get tips is to join an online gardeners chat group. Gardeners are always willing to help someone who is looking for advice. Starting a vegetable garden can be an immensely rewarding experience. Have fun with your vegetable garden, but dont forget the things we talked about. They can save you time and frustration later on. Buying your seeds from a reputable online company is a convenient and economical way to get your garden started. Dave Truman offers advice for choosing the best seed companies and other vegetable gardening topics on the Vegetable Gardeners website. Types of Collection Agencies
By Steve Austin Financial Credit Collection Commercial credit collection agencies provide services to the financial sector like banks and financial institutions. The types of debts range from auto loans to credit cards to mortgage payments. These credit collection agencies buy bad debts at discounts from banks, retailers, and auto financiers and then engage in the debt recovery process. Health Care Credit Collection The prime motive of a health care provider is to ensure that a patient receives quality and timely medical attention. An additional responsibility to collect debts may dilute the focus of the health care provider and also affect the financial strength of the organization. Hence a health care provider can agree to partner with a credit collection agency for any legal debt recovery. The methods employed for debt recovery are determined by agreement between the healthcare provider and the collection company, in line with the parameters allowed by law. Retailers Credit collection agencies also offer their services to retail business operations. Debt collection for these creditors includes debts like unpaid health club memberships and telephone bills. Bad Check Recovery Bad checks/NSF can be detrimental to the cash flow of a business and the collection of bad debts arising due to fraud can become an unwieldy task for a business. Collection agencies are equipped with the necessary know-how and resources to tackle such cases involving bad checks. Such collection agencies would pay the receiver an up front sum of a certain percentage of the face value of the check. Outsourcing the credit collection process allows the creditor to pass off debt liability to an agency that is better equipped to recover these bad debts. The bad debt account is evaluated and the creditor is paid an up front sum. The liability of the debts is then passed on to the collection agency. Collection Agency Services offers you a wealth of information on how to select the best collection agency for your business. Fast Cash No Credit Check Personal Loans - How Do Cash Advances Work?
By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Carrie_Reeder]Carrie Reeder No credit check cash advance loans are ideal for eliminating short term cash flow problems. When emergencies arise, many people have a difficult time finding the necessary cash. In this instance, a cash advance loan is the solution. While quick personal loans offer convenience and fast approvals, applicants should fully understand how short-term loans works before accepting funds.
Cash Advance Minimum and Maximum Loan Amounts
Each cash advance or payday loan company varies; thus the loan minimums and maximums will also vary. Typical loan companies will allow you to borrow up to $1500 until your next payday. If you are a new borrower, companies may establish a first-time borrow limit of $500. If you repay the initial loan amount within the specified time frame, you are allowed to borrow a larger amount on your next visit.
Because cash advance loan companies charge fees or finance charges, it is important to borrow only what you need and what you can afford to payback. Short-term loans must be repaid within two weeks. There are companies that will extend credit for up to 30 days. If accepting a longer term loan, be prepared to pay double the fees.
Requirements for Payday Loan and Cash Advance Approvals
Cash advance personal loans do not involve credit checks. Thus, individuals with poor and good credit will easily qualify for a short-term loan. Nonetheless, cash advance companies will need to be confident in your ability to repay funds. With this said, cash advance lenders require all applicants to have steady employment, earn a minimum monthly salary, and have a valid checking account. To verify information, the lender will either request faxed copies of paycheck stubs and banking information, or contact your employer and financial institution.
Acquiring and Repaying Cash Advance Loans
Once cash advance lenders verify stated information, you can expect funds to be directly deposited into your checking account within 24 hours. During emergencies, funds may be received within an hour. The lender retains your banking account information because the payment and interest will be drafted from your account on the due date, which is usually in two weeks. Gardens of France
By Derek Fell In early June I went to France to attend the opening of the American Impressionist Museum, next to the Claude Monet Museum at Giverny. Over one thousand invited guests sat down to a five-course dinner under a huge tend erected in an apple orchard. The tent had a wooden floor with holes cut out so the apple trees could poke trough into the dining area.
One of my reasons for visiting France was to complete research for a new book entitled The Impressionist Garden, concerning the garden philosophies of all the great French and American Impressionist painters. One of my favorite personalities among the French Impressionists is Gustave Caillebotte, a wealthy art patron whose family owned a large estate at Yerres. From when Caillebotte was 12 until his twenties the property was a favorite motif, especially its park-like vistas and large walled vegetable garden. It was after painting the vegetable garden-with gardeners hauling heavy watering cans to water long lines of beans and lettuce-that Cailebotte develpled a fascination for compositions that show a strong sense of perspective, culminating in his two great masterpieces; The Floor Scrapers (1875) and Paris Street, Rainy Weather (1877). I read in a book about Caillebotte that the family estate was now a municipal park, and that the vegetable garden had disappeared. The estate is close to Orly Airport so, after picking up a rental car, my companion and I drove to see it. I found the property badly neglected, with large fallen trees in need of removal, and the beautiful Italianate mansion in a dangerous state of disrepair. Remnants of a glorious past were evident-style gazebo, an elegant ornate steel bridge with rotted wooden treads (no longer safe to walk on), and decaying rustic wooden benches. I walked over to where I knew I knew the vegetable garden should be and found a parking lot for municipal vehicles but the old wall was still intact. There were still cold frames along the walls that had been used to force early crops, but were now harboring a vigorous crop of weeds. As I walked around the wall I found the entrance to another walled area and inside a well-cared-for vegetable garden with long straight rows of lettuce and beans, exactly as Caillebotte had painted them. Here the cold frames were bursting with healthy vegetables, and I felt like an explorer who has just discovered the lost city of Atlantis. My trip to France yielded other surprises. I had heard that Claude Monet cultivated an extensive vegetable garden quite separate from his famous Clos Normand flower garden and his water garden. All I knew was that it occupied more than two acres and was at the other end of the village, with its own head gardener who lived in a beautiful blue cottage. I found the Blue House intact (though privately owned), the walls still painted the same beautiful forget-me-not blue, and portions of vegetable gardens, still surviving. When Monet moved to Giverny he attracted a lot of American painters, among them Michigan painters, among them Michigan-born Frederick Frieseke. He rented a cottage next door to Monet, and his wife planted a beautiful garden of almost an ace. Though Frieseke was influenced more by Renoirs sensuous paintings of the female form, some of his most romantic compositions are of his vivacious doll faced wife admiring their exuberant flower garden. I was delighted to find that Americans had purchased the Frieseke property and completed a wonderful restoration of the garden. Earlier in the year I had visited Cezannes restored garden at Aix-en-Provence, and also the Asylum of St. Paul, at nearby St. Remy, where van Gogh spent a year receiving treatment for mental disorders. In the asylums walled garden van Gogh painted some 26 canvases, and I was able to photograph portions of the garden little changed from the days when he painted there. I also visited nearby Arles, where van Gogh had cut off his ear after a falling-out with Gaugin, and found the hospital where he had received treatment. While convalescing in the hospital van Gogh painted its colorful courtyard garden and though now a museum, I found the hospital garden exactly as van Gogh painted it-even the background arches were the same yellow and blue. After leaving St. Remy van Gogh moved to Arles and befriended a doctor who treated mental illness, Dr. Gachet. The doctors house and garden still exist (though privately owned). Theres a fine museum in Arles devoted to van Gogh, where you can pick up a map showing how to find many of the landscapes and gardens he painted. Id always been curious about Malmaison, the property near Arles where Napoleaon and his Empress, Josephine spent the happiest days of their lives. Josephine had established a beautiful rose garden at Malmaison, collecting all known species and hybrids, It was considered to valuable to botanical science that during the Napoleonic wars the British Navy had instructions not to impound shipments of rose plants destined for Josephines garden. I had read that the garden no longer existed but that plans were in hand to restore it. Even so I was interested, and found on the contrary that Josephines garden of roses still survives, the original design with pie shaped beds still clearly defined. Whats more, the roses were in full flower. The garden could use some attention and the addition of more varieties, but it was an uplifting feeling to find that anything of that tumultuous era had survived. Many of the plants were clearly labeled, and after making a list I discovered that most of them are available from several mail order house specialists in the United States. One in particular, The Antique Rose Emporium, Box 143, Brenham, Texas, 77833, publishes a beautiful full-color catalog, worth its $5 cost. The most beautiful rose garden Ive ever seen is Bagatelle, in the Bois de Bologne, Paris. The climbing roses and clematis make it special-almost as exciting as the Orsay Museum. Derek Fell is a writer and photographer with art, travel and garden books totaling more than 2.5 million in print, plus a photo library numbering more than 150,000 images portraying plants, gardens and travel destinations. He lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, at historic Cedaridge Farm, where he cultivates an award-winning garden of flowers, fruits and vegetables.

Disney Princess History and Fun Facts for Party Trivia Games
By Gail Leino Just ask any little girl who their favorite Disney Princess is and they can answer with little or no hesitation. Some will answer Snow White, the first official Disney Princess. Making her debut in Disneys first full-length animated film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was first shown in theaters in 1937. Snow Whites kind heart and survivor spirit has endeared her to young children, and in particular future, Disney Princesses ever since. Cinderella is another Disney Princess that is instantly recognizable to young children. Cinderella was a kind, gentle girl who was ordered around by her cruel stepmother and her awful stepsisters and yet, she just keeps dreaming that someday, she will be happiness and fall in love with a handsome, caring prince. When a royal invitation arrives announcing a ball for all eligible maidens in the land, Cinderella thinks this might be her big break. Unfortunately, her stepmother worries that Cinderella will take the attention of the prince from her daughters and prevents her from attending. Or so she thinks, until a Fairy Godmother bibbity bobbity boo[s] a carriage complete with footmen, and a ball room gown and glass slippers that are nothing short of amazing. Cinderella, of course, with her dreams coming true and her ability to get out of her miserable life with her stepmothers, makes her the classic Disney Princess and a favority of little girls everywhere. Sleeping Beauty introduced Princess Aurora, also known as Briar Rose, to little girls everywhere. What's Preventing You from Generating More Clients
By Connie Scholl Ask yourself the following questions to glean some insight into what might be keeping you from generating the clients (and the cash) you desire!
I am wasting billiable time doing tasks that I hate doing, I'm not very good at, and that other people could easily do. True/False I'd like to hire someone to help me, but financially it's just not possible right now! True/False I'm not using any sort of marketing plan to keep me focused and on course toward my bigger business goals. True/False I have a few client-generating ideas I'd like to implement, but I just don't seem to find the time or energy to get them into action. True/False I don't have solid client-generating systems in place for much of what I do. True/False Basically, my ideal client or target market is ANYONE and everyone! True/False The way my business is currently set up, I can't take any time off without my cash flow taking a huge hit. True/False I market, but I don't ever seem to get any results. True/False I'm starting to feel like I'm working way too hard. I have very little time for anything fun in my life. True/False I feel the passion and excitement I once had for my business starting to slip away. True/False Truth be told, things have not been going so well in my business for well over a year now. True/False How'd you do? Did you answer "False" to all of them? If so, congrats! There's nothing standing in your way of generating all the clients you need. Aromatherapy Guide for Beginners
By Toby Russell Learning to use aromatherapy is a great way to relax, unwind, rejuvenate and uplift your spirits. It can also be a good way to start a romantic evening with that special person. If you are a beginner to aromatherapy the aromatherapy guide below will help you to uncover basic, introductory information in the practice of aromatherapy. First, it is important to learn guidelines in purchasing quality essential oils. True aromatherapy essential oils should not be confused with perfumed oils or fragrance oils. Unfortunately, far too many vendors try to pass of oils that are a combination of fragrance and chemicals as essential oils. True pure essential oils come from the essence of the plant and provide numerous therapeutic benefits. Fragrance oils may smell nice for a time but do not provide any psychological and physical benefits. When you are first getting started with aromatherapy it is a good idea to look for a good comprehensive aromatherapy book or even take an aromatherapy course as a way of learning as much as you can. Getting started with aromatherapy is not difficult but there are a lot of different essential oils available and combining them can achieve different effects. Reading an aromatherapy guide book can help you learn all about safety guidelines for using essential oils and how to combine them for the best benefits. Some of the best essential oils to get started with include lavender and chamomile; which can help you to relax, unwind and get a good nights sleep. If youre looking for something to uplift and energize you consider essential oils such as orange and grapefruit. Be aware that essential oils should not be used in an undiluted form for physical application. Undiluted is fine for inhalation or steam inhalation as well as freshening a room or your laundry, but if you intend to use your oils for an aromatherapy bath or massage they must be combined with a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil. Finally, it is also important to learn how to store and care for your essential oils properly. A good aromatherapy guide will instruct you to store your oils in dark glass, such as cobalt blue or amber, bottles only. These bottles should then be kept in a cool, dark location. A wooden box is a good location and also portable. Toby Russell owns and operates http://www.benefitwitharomatherapy.com an information site dedicated to educating and helping all those seeking a better understanding of the numerous health benefits of aromatherapy. The Secret Nazis Covet the Temple Mount
By David Ben-Ariel "Even before the end of this war, I revealed to you the plans for a NAZI UNDERGROUND MOVEMENT, to go underground as a SECRET organization the very moment they lost the war - to lay low...then come forth when least expected, RESTORE GERMANY TO POWER, and go on to finally accomplish their aims in a WORLD WAR III" - The Plain Truth, Sept. 1948. The Philadelphia Trumpet magazine (Feb. 2000) reminded its international audience that Herbert W. Armstrong wrote those prophetic words long before they were confirmed by Reuters Arthur Spiegelman, who wrote on May 10, 1996: "Realizing they were losing the war in 1944, Nazi leaders met top German industrialists to plan a secret post-war international network to restore them to power, according to a newly declassified U.S. intelligence document. The document...says an SS general and a representative of the German armaments ministry told such companies as Krupp and Rohling that they must be prepared to finance the Nazi Party...when it went underground." Ella Steinberg, executive director of the World Jewish Congress stated: "Now that the Nazi secret plan has been confirmed, the central question is whether it has been carried out." Need we wonder? Considering German hegemony throughout Europe is practically a done deal (with the Vatican's blessing), aren't Herbert W. Armstrong's warnings about the final revival of the "Holy Roman Empire" being fulfilled before our very eyes? Only the deaf, dumb and blind could deny that the Germans have thoroughly carried out their plans! But what is the German-Catholic kingdom without the crown of Jerusalem? "Woe to Ariel, Ariel, the city where David dwelt!" (Isaiah 29:1). The Vatican covets Mount Zion and the Temple Mount and Europe won't quit until it occupies the eternal capital of Israel! Both the Arabs and the Jews had better beware any European moves into the Middle East. David Ben-Ariel, a Christian-Zionist writer and author of Beyond Babylon: Europe's Rise and Fall, shares a special focus on the Middle East, reflected in hard-hitting articles that help others improve their understanding of that troubled region. Check out the Beyond Babylon blog. The Power to Succeed
By Neil Millar Its amazing how we fool ourselves... while at the same time believing we are doing whats best. Let me give you an example. I overheard a guy telling a group of friends, over drinks, how he had become fed-up with work. Guys being guys, they immediately started to come up with options to fix the problem ideas like changing company and changing jobs. That was when the guy got all logical Yeah, but I need to pay the mortgage and my kids education and weve got a holiday planned for the Bahamas and I interrupted. How much do you need? A hundred grand a year, he replied. Whats more important, I asked, your happiness or the money? Of course he said happiness. Then he got all logical again. But I cant be happy unless I can pay the mortgage and give my kids the best and have great holidays. How many hours do you work? Around fifty. And how do you feel when you get home? Tired. What would your kids prefer, a father who is worn out for forty eight weeks of the year but has four weeks to entertain them per year or a dad who is a real Dad all year round? The conversation went on, me questioning, him justifying what he perceived as logic. Yet its not logic, is it? Its not logic to deny your hearts desire to change life when its hurting you. The mortgage, the kids education, the holidays are just stuff. And, like most people find after a heart attack or a divorce or an accident, is that this stuff is not that important. Whats important is something else Life! The problem is we got Conditioned Logic logic transferred to us by society: friends, family, schools, college, the media, religion etc. We took it all on and felt we had to behave in a conditioned way. The repetition of that conditioning is fine for a while, but when we end up doing something we dont love, each time we do it takes a little of the soul away. Let me put it another way. What gives you the power to succeed is what you perceive to be logic. Real power is not necessarily doing what society dictates. Real power is often something else. It is that knowing that comes from nowhere to tell you, you must do something different. It might seem logical to have the house, the car, the private education, the holiday, but is it powerful. What is powerful is, to say I am not happy and things must change; Im not killing myself for forty-eight weeks just for four weeks of pleasure; Im not excited by my work and Im willing to live in a smaller home if it means I can have more peace, less stress and fall back in love with my partner. Its not all about the stuff, is it? Its about happiness and love; happiness and love of your partner; happiness and love of your children and family; happiness and love of your work. If you have that then you have it all. Now thats the power to succeed! Does your current way of living support that? Best wishes

Wedding Planning Tips
By Yolanda Nash If you have twelve months before your wedding then the chances are that you are going to need them all to plan everything. When you agree to get married, it all seems very romantic and you imagine a perfect day where everything goes right and it is all as it should be. However, when reality kicks in, you soon realize that getting married takes an awful lot of planning and if you leave it too late, it can be extremely stressful. So ideally, it would be better to give yourself at least twelve months notice before the wedding to get everything prepared. What to Do Twelve Months before the Wedding Twelve months before the big day there is actually quite a lot that you can do. You may think that it is too soon to start organizing various things, but generally, most things can be sorted out now and it is certainly not too early! The budget is one thing in particular that needs sorting. How much money do you have? Do you plan to borrow any money and if so, who from? If you are borrowing from a loan company, you will need to make inquiries as soon as possible due to the fact that getting a loan and finding the right provider could take some time. Only once the budget is sorted out can you actually start planning the rest of the wedding. Other things to sort out include: Where you want to get married Who you want at the wedding What type of music you would like Where you want the reception Which florist you want to use Where you want to go on honeymoon Which cake you would like As you can see, it is a fairly long list and it isnt even everything that needs to be planned. The actual venue of your wedding obviously needs to be decided fairly quickly. If it is going to be in a church, usually, you have to go to church frequently for a certain time period before you are allowed to get married there. Obviously, it all depends on how religious you actually are, but if you do want a church wedding, certain rules will have to be followed. Creating a list of who you want to attend the wedding is also something that needs a lot of thought. Many people do not have happy families where everybody gets along and that means that when it comes to the guest list, various things need to be considered. Will inviting somebody present a problem? Think things through properly in order to avoid any tension on your big day. Overall, there is a lot that needs planning and it is absolutely vital that you go through everything with a fine tooth comb. At least, if you start twelve months before the wedding, it gives you plenty of notice if things go wrong! Yolanda is the owner of Yolandas Wedding Favors. She sells many different types of wedding favors such as, love glass coasters, two peas in a pod salt and pepper shakers and many many more. Caring for Your Inflatable Boat - Common Sense & Consistency Are the Keys
By C.J. Gustafson Thousands of years ago, the first inflatable boats, made from animal skins, were used for transportation. People used them to cross rivers, ferry goods to other locations, and move military troops. Over time, inflatable boats were adapted for recreational use as well, and for rescue operations. Today there are many types of inflatable boats and over a dozen ways they are used around the world. Different militaries across the globe helped bring inflatable boats to the public attention, and today the government still uses inflatable boats for troop transport, special military operations, and drug and other law enforcement activities. In addition, inflatable boats are also used in search and rescue operations, fisheries patrol and security patrol. They are also used as tenders on large yachts and ships. On the recreational side, inflatable boats can be used for diving, fishing, pleasure boating, river rafting, water skiing, and many other water activities that involve a boat. Consumers can also purchase inflatable kayaks, canoes, and sailboats. Because there are so many different types of inflatable boats and a variety of ways they can be used, it is important to be familiar with the specific operating instructions for your particular model and situation. However, there are a few general use guidelines that apply to most, if not all, inflatable boats. Inflating When inflating your raft or boat, many manufacturers recommend filling each air chamber in a clockwise pattern around the boat, just until the craft takes shape. Then work your way back around the boat filling the chambers to the pressure level indicated for that particular boat. If the floor of the boat is inflatable, add air until the pressure relief valve releases a small amount of air. Dont overfill. A properly inflated boat should have just a bit of give. Be aware that air temperature causes changes in the air pressure in the inflatable chambers. Many boaters fill their inflatable boats in the morning when the air is cool. But as the temperature increases over the course of the day, the air in the tubes expands, increasing the pressure. If a tube or chamber becomes too pressurized, it can explode if struck by a sharp object. You may have to let some air out at different points throughout the day if you operate your inflatable boat or inflatable kayak in the hot sun. Most inflatable boats deflate simply by opening the air valves. Standard Precautions Because punctures are the main concern with inflatable boats, it is important to protect if from sharp objects. Use care when transporting diving knives, spears, fishing hooks, and other objects that could puncture the skin of the inflatable boat. Watch for barnacles and sharp metal or wood when tying your boat to the dock, and avoid dragging the boat over rocks and shells when landing on a beach. Even dull objects such as oars, ropes, or coolers can cause abrasion and deterioration of the coating material if allowed to rub for an extended period of time. It also is important to rinse out your inflatable boat or inflatable kayak after each use. Sand and gravel can cause abrasion and plug air valves. If left to soak into an inflatable boat, salt water can cause the material to deteriorate. Caring For Your Inflatable Boat Cleaning: Armorall and other oil-based products can damage the rubber or fabric over time and prevent patches from sticking. Mild dish soap is best for cleaning your inflatable boat. There are also several cleaners designed specifically for inflatable boats. Storage: Because uninflated boats are more vulnerable to damage, many manufacturers recommend that you store the boat partially inflated and covered with a tarp. If this is not possible, completely deflate the boat and be sure it is dry and clean before rolling and storing in the carrying bag. If you plan to store your inflatable boat on a trailer, be sure there are no bends or kinks in the boat. Repairs: Sometimes, even with the best of care and safety precautions, your inflatable boat can develop a puncture or leak. Unless you have a major and obvious accident, it may be difficult to determine the location of the leak. While the boat is inflated, wipe it with soapy water and watch for bubbles to form on the surface of the boat as a result of escaping air. Dont assume there is only one leak. Check the entire boat with soapy water to be sure before setting out on the water. Many manufacturers recommend that you bring your boat to a professional for larger repairs, because it can be difficult to get a good seal with a patch. However, if you have a small puncture or are in a situation where you need to make immediate repairs, follow the directions on the patch kit. Some basic tips include: -Ensure that the surface is clean and dry before applying the patch
-Be sure the adhesive is sufficiently tacky before applying the patch
-Choose a patch that extends at least three inches beyond the rip in all directions If your inflatable boat has rough or cracked areas that are filled with tiny pinhole leaks, this is an indication that the coating on the material has aged or become damaged by sunlight, saltwater, overheating or some other type of wear and tear. While you may be able to patch some of these leaks, it is best to replace the inflatable boat if other areas show signs of wear. Inflatable boats, canoes, and kayaks have many advantages over traditional watercraft, however, because of their special design and materials, they can require more care and maintenance. But as this article describes, it is not difficult to care for an inflatable boat, and most problems can be avoided by using common sense and by developing a consistent routine. If properly cared for, inflatable boats can provide you with years of service and recreational fun without the expense associated with traditional watercraft. About the Author: C.J. Top 10 Dating Safety Tips for Online And Off
By Michelle Annese 1. Watch out for someone who seems too good to be true. Begin by communicating solely by email, then look for odd behavior or inconsistencies. The person at the other end may not be who or what he says he is. Trust your instincts. If anything makes you uncomfortable, walk away for your safety and protection. 2. Make sure all contact on a member site takes place through a double-blind system, ensuring your true identity is protected until you decide to reveal it. Never include your last name, home address, phone number, place of employment, email address or any other identifying information in your profile or initial messages. When corresponding with someone, turn off your email signature file. Stop communicating with anyone who puts pressure on you for personal information or attempts in any way to trick you into revealing it. 3. Cautious decisions will result in a better dating experience. Be sure to protect yourself against trusting the untrustworthy; potential boyfriends must earn your trust gradually over time, through consistently honorable, straightforward behavior. Take all the time you need to investigate for a straightforward person and pay careful attention along the way. If you suspect someone is lying, he probably is, so act accordingly. Be responsible about romance, your heart will thank you. Dont become prematurely intimate with someone, even if that intimacy only occurs online. If you mutually decide to cross the point of no return, be smart and protect yourself. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (http://www.cdc.gov/) provide some of the most current information available about sexually transmitted diseases and preserving your health. 4. Most online dating services do not require members to submit to background checks. So make sure you get as much info as possible by asking questions, utilizing internet search engines and most importantly, using common sense. Nothing is 100% reliable, just remember to use your head...not just your heart. 5. A photo will give you a good idea of the person's appearance, which may prove helpful in achieving a gut feeling. In fact, its best to view several images of someone in various settings... casual, formal, indoor and outdoors. If all you hear are excuses about why you can't see a photo, consider that he has something to hide. 6. A phone call can reveal much about a persons communication and social skills. Consider your security and do not reveal your phone number to a stranger. Try a cell phone number instead or use local telephone blocking techniques to prevent your phone number from appearing on a Caller ID. Give out your phone number ONLY when you feel completely comfortable. 7. The beauty of meeting someone online is that you can collect information gradually, later choosing whether to pursue the relationship in the offline world. You never are obligated to meet anyone, regardless of your level on online intimacy. And even if you decide to arrange a meeting, you always have the right to change your mind. Its possible that your decision to keep the relationship anonymous is based on a hunch that you can't logically explain. Trust yourself. Go with your instincts. 8. Pay attention to displays of anger, intense frustration or attempts to pressure or control you. Acting in a passive...aggressive manner, making demeaning or disrespectful comments or any physically inappropriate behavior are all red flags. You should be concerned if your date exhibits any of the following behavior without providing an acceptable explanation: Provides inconsistent information about age, interests, appearance, marital status, profession, employment, etc. Refuses to speak to you on the phone after establishing ongoing, online intimacy. Fails to provide direct answers to direct questions. Appears significantly different in person from his or her online persona. Never introduces you to friends, professional associates or family members. 9. When you choose to meet offline, always tell friends where you are going and when you will return. Leave your date's name and telephone number with a friend. Never arrange for your date to pick you up at home. Provide your own transportation, meet in a public place at a time with many people around (a familiar restaurant or coffee house is often a good choice), and when the date is over, leave on your own as well. Refrain from drinking excessively, as it could weaken your ability to make good decisions. If at some point you and your date decide to move to another location, take your own car. When the timing is right thank your date for getting together and say goodbye. 10. If you plan to fly in from another city, arrange for your own car and hotel room. Do not make known the name of your hotel and never allow your date to make arrangements for you. Get a rental car at the airport and drive directly to your hotel. Always call your date from the hotel. You can also check out the location you both agreed to meet at ahead of time to see exactly where it is and to get more familiar with an area . If the location seems inappropriate or unsafe, go back to your hotel. Try to contact your date at that location or leave a message on an answering machine. Always make sure a friend or family member knows your plans and has your contact information. And carry a cell phone at all times. Never do anything you feel unsure about. If you are in any way afraid of your date, use your best judgment to diffuse the situation and get out of there. Excuse yourself long enough to call a friend for advice, ask someone else on the scene for help or slip out the back door and drive away. If you feel you are in danger, call the police; it's always better to be safe than sorry. Never worry or feel embarrassed about your behavior; your safety is much more important than one persons opinion of you. While cheaters, liars and frauds certainly can be very convincing on the Web, you'll also find them in nightclubs and offline dating services, parties or even sitting across from you at your local coffee house. Despite where you meet someone, dating is never risk-free, but a little caution will reduce your risk to your safety when trying to find that certain someone for your heart. Building Liner Ponds
By Brett Fogle Surprisingly enough, it is usually in mid-summer that many
gardeners begin to think about installing a small pond or
water garden. Ponds don't need to be weeded or watered, and
they can supply exuberant color in the form of water lilies
and bog plants. The sound of a splashing fountain or waterfall is more
appealing than weeding a flower bed or mowing that section of
lawn. Best of all, no matter how hot or wet it gets, the pond
just keeps on blooming! At this point you may start to think about the expense and
labor of installing a concrete pond, and our 95 degree days
are just about enough to stop this pond daydream in its
tracks. However, with the advent of newer pond liners and pre-formed
pools, the misery associated with concrete mixing and
finishing is a thing of the past. Heavy duty pool liners with
10 year guarantees are now common, and can sell for as little
as $1.00 a square foot. Preformed ponds in many different shapes and sizes are also an
alternative method to create a quick pond at less cost than
using concrete. Using these materials, the average gardener
can install a decent size pond in less than one day, and have
it stocked with plants, fish and fountain by the following
morning. The simplest kind of pond to build is an above-the-ground
pond. Since no digging is required, it usually takes much
longer to fill this pond with water than it does to build it! There are many variations on this theme, but as an example,
one can use treated lumber planks which are at least 2 inches
thick by 12 inches wide, nail them together to form a
rectangular shape of the desired dimensions, and place the
form where the pond is desired. This bottomless "box" can be placed directly on the grass,
concrete, a deck, etc., and then the bottom is covered with
some kind of padding or cushioning material. Most books say to
use sand, but I think the perfect material is roofing felt. It
is cheap, convenient, lies flat, makes a barrier to weeds, and
provides a good cushion for the pool liner. Once the roofing felt is in place, the pool liner can be
dropped into the form and you begin filling the pond with
water. A few staples on the outside of the pond form may be
needed to keep the liner from blowing into the pond, but be
sure to use just a few, and place them at the edge of the
liner. As the pond fills, the weight of the water will do a good job
in smoothing out wrinkles, but if you are a perfectionist, you
can help smooth them out by hand before there is more than one
inch of water in the bottom of the pond. While the pond is
beginning to fill, you can check the level of the form, and if
it needs to be raised a little on one or two sides, this can
be done by carefully inserting some shims to raise the forms
where needed. If you prefer the pond to overflow on a certain side (like,
into the flower bed, rather than onto the deck!) then you may
want to leave the overflow side a quarter inch lower than the
rest of the pond. You should wait until the pond is completely filled before
cutting any excess liner or doing any permanent stapling. This
will give the water pressure enough time to pull the liner
into every nook and cranny where it needs to go; some of those
few holding staples which you used to hold the liner in place
may actually tear loose as the pond fills, but if you stapled
the liner on the outside of the form, near the edges, then no
harm is done... you will be trimming some of that excess liner
off, anyway. It really does take longer to fill this kind of pond than it
does to build it. I once built a twenty-by-thirty foot pond in
two hours but it took all night for it to fill with water. I think an ideal depth for an above ground pond is about 14
inches, but it can be deeper or more shallow than that,
depending on what materials you are using for the form.
Railroad ties, landscape timbers, concrete blocks, etc. are
all possible materials for pond building. Remember that any kind of wood must be pressure treated if you
want it to last more than a year! Although I mentioned
rectangular shape, if you have some carpentry skills, you can
also do triangles, pentagons, ponds within ponds, etc. Ponds built with treated lumber planks do not need any side
support if they are less than 8 feet or 10 feet long; if you
are building larger than that, you will want to drive a stake
into the ground where the planks are to be nailed together, so
the water pressure won't make the planks bow outward. So, if
you know how to use twelve nails to nail four planks together,
then you can build a pond. If you are feeling lazy, have the
lumber yard cut the planks to size you need. Borrow your
neighbor's staple gun, find those scissors buried in the
kitchen drawer, and you are in business! Pond liners can also be used to make an in the ground pond.
The advantage is that you can make any shape pond you want,
and the ground itself supports the sides of the liner. It is a good idea to use a flexible garden hose to lay out the
pool shape you want. Once everyone agrees that it is a
pleasant shape, and it is large enough, you can dig a trench
along side the hose, and start digging. Remember, the pool does not have to be more than 12 to 16
inches deep, so don't get carried away. If you want a
waterfall, some of the excavated soil can be mounded up near
the pond for later waterfall construction. In some cases, it
may be useful to use some of the soil for a berm around the
pond, so that is another way to dispose of excavated soil. Once the pond is excavated, check the level, decide which side
you want excess rainfall to flow from, and then you are ready
to line the hole with roofing felt, running it across the
pond, up the sides onto the edges of the pond. Drop the liner
in, weigh it down lightly with some rocks around the edges,
and start filling. Again, do not trim any excess liner until the pond is
completely filled. Some pond books say you should create a
shallow shelf in the pond before putting in the liner, but
they don't have our river sand and rainfall to deal with. I
think it is better to build the pond to a depth of 14-16
inches, and just use bricks to prop up those bog plants that
don't want to sit too deep in water. This gives greater
flexibility in rearranging the pond plants as you wish, and
avoids the calamity of a shelf suddenly slumping into the
pool. When using pool liners, whether in the ground or above
the ground, it is important to conceal the edges from
sunlight, since that is what eventually breaks down most
liners. Using stones or lumber planks to finish off the edge of your
pond will make it more appealing, and enable the liner to live
up to its ten year guarantee. Even the heavier, preformed
plastic ponds should have their edges covered by sod or some
paving material, so the sun can't reach it. Some final
pointers: if possible, locate your pond away from trees, in a
place that gets at least five hours of direct sun daily. This
will allow you to grow a wide variety of pond plants. Be sure to use a dechlorinating product when you first fill
the ponds... the new chemicals in our drinking water do not
dissipate quickly and they will kill your fish and damage your
plants, even ten days after you have filled the pond! Be sure you are pleased with the size and shape of your pond
before you start - so you won't say "I should have made it
bigger, or longer, or rounder, etc.", within two hours of
filling it! Rule number one in pond building is that no matter how big
your pond is, you always want a bigger one. Last, but not least, if you decide to do an in-the-ground
pond, why not serve refreshments and get some friends to help
. . . friends will have all kinds of useful ideas on how you
should do it ... which is fine, as long as they keep
digging... **************************************************

gardeners begin to think about installing a small pond or
water garden.

3 Little Known Tips For Eliminating Shyness Around Women
By Scott Patterson There's good news- eliminating your shyness around women can be fixed with very little effort. For many guys shyness can be the major reason why they never approach a woman or make any attempt to attract them. In fact, shyness can cripple you to the point where you do nothing and watch other men go home with the beautiful women. But it can be fixed! Here are a few ways you can rise above your shyness and become a confident guy who is desired by ANY woman: Tip #1- Remove all desires and expectations The one reason guys are nervous around women is they place too many expectations on the outcome of the conversation. Instead of having fun with a woman, shy guys worry about asking for her number or going on a date. Whenever you talk to a woman, just concentrate on the conversation. Be relaxed and don't worry about any outcome. Just think to yourself that you're talking to her and having fun. You can easily reduce your shyness by telling yourself that you don't care about any outcome. It would be great if you got her number, but it's not the end of the world if you don't. Bottom line is you're talking to her just to have a little fun. Tip #2- Have a clear idea of what you want from her Now you might think I am contradicting myself by telling you to remove all expectations from the conversation then telling you to develop a clear idea of what you want. But I think having a plan of action is a lot different from removing all desire. Let me explain While you want to avoid worrying too much about the outcome of a conversation, you should still figure out what type of outcome you want. In other words, try to think of what you want to obtain by talking to her. Are you trying to have fun? Do you want her number? Do want to set up a date or sleep with her. The more you can what you want, the more at ease you'll feel and find yourself steering the conversation to your outcomes. Tip #3- Practice "Going for it" One easy way to eliminate shyness around women is to practice as much as possible. In the last tip, I recommended you have a clear idea of what you want. Now when you know what you want, you'll find it easier to go for it. But what if you still feel nervous around women? Well my best advice is to keep practicing "going for it" with different women till you can get over your shyness and nervousness. Like any other skill, learning how to attract women is something that must be practiced till you perfect it. If you take the time to practice your conversation skills and find out what works in different scenarios, you'll discover it's easy feel comfortable around women. And once you feel comfortable, women will start to pick up on your confident personality. Over a period of time, you can reduce your shyness by paying attention to the three tips that I described in this article. Ultimately you'll learn how to be confident around women and learn the things that make you attractive to them. Want to how to approach women with confidence and ease? If so, learn how you can grab a free copy and download Scott Patterson's free ebook: Seduction SecretsRevealed!, and learn a step-by-step system for attracting ANY woman. Cymbalta Fibromyalgia Treatments For Depression
By Matt Ream Cymbalta, which is an antidepressant, is believed to reduce depression and is also considered to be a possible benefit to women suffering from Fibromyalgia. This illness, which is still considered rare even though it affects millions of Americans, affects more women and men. Even though the cause of it remains unknown, Fibromyalgia is a growing problem that many are forced to cope with on a daily basis. A Cymbalta Fibromyalgia treatment is designed to help treat both the emotional and physical symptoms of depression. In general, individuals who are dealing with a chronic illness often become depressed and sometimes turn to the world of medicine for assistance. It is important to note that Cymbalta is not approved for the treatment of Fibromyalgia, but studies have found that it could be beneficial in depression. Because it is thought to help treat depression, which is often the result of a chronic illness, some experts believe that there are benefits that coincide with this illness and a Cymbalta Fibromyalgia treatment. Cymbalta Fibromyalgia treatments can cause various side effects with the most common being nausea, constipation, dry mouth, decreased appetite, etc. Cymbalta is not for everyone, especially to those who are allergic to it's ingredients. In addition, individuals with liver or kidney problems, have been diagnosed with glaucoma or consume large amounts of alcohol should speak with their physician prior to taking Cymbalta. Women who are pregnant or nursing should not take Cymbalta and should make their physician aware of any conditions prior to accepting any type of prescription. Prior to accepting any type of prescription medication, individuals must make sure that their physician is made fully aware of any medicines that are currently being consumed and/or any current illnesses. In order to safely provide treatments, a physician must be made fully aware of the circumstances surrounding the patient's health. Patients who are being treated for depression should be monitored closely in order to ensure that the depression does not worsen or become increasingly dangerous to the patient. Individuals who are severely depressed may require hospitalization and extended care beyond that which a prescription-based medicine can offer. Anyone who feels that their depression is worsening should consult their physician for a proper diagnosis and a recommended treatment course. The information in this article is to be used for informational purposes only. It should not be used in place of, or in conjunction with, professional medical advice. Anyone with questions regarding a Cymbalta Fibromyalgia treatment must consult their physician for further information. Matt Ream is the health and wellness editor at http://fibromyalgia-no-more.com. Interest Rates Could Be Worse
By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Martin_Lukac]Martin Lukac If you are looking to borrow, don't let interest rates scare you. Despite how the increase is being played up in the media, they aren't that bad yet. Yes, those with alternative and adjustable-rate mortgages are going to be feeling a crunch when the interest rates adjust. Especially those that did not plan into the future. But there are many wise homeowners that made sure that they could afford any adjustments that could occur. Others are taking the opportunity to refinance right now for a fixed-rate mortgage. And yes, rates have gone up quite significantly in the past two years. But you have to look at where they started off. Interest rates were at record low levels. You don't have to look too far in the past (say back to 2000) to find 30-year fixed rates in the low eights. In many expert opinions, interest rates remain at a modest level for the average borrower. See the key isn't necessarily found in the rate itself. The key is in buying what you can afford. Regardless of the rate. You may find that with price appreciation, you may have to buy a less expensive home. Will the interest rate hurt you that badly? If you are planning on a $300,000 mortgage, you may have to settle for a $285,000 one. That is the qualifying difference between a 6% and 6.5% mortgage. Don't worry about the gloom and doom that is predicted by many financial writers. It isn't universal and it may not apply to you. Many areas of the country are seeing booms while others are seeing busts. Prices are still going up in some areas, while prices are on the decline in others. In fact, all markets cycle up and down. They go up, adjust themselves down and then go up again. If you are a current homeowner worried about the market affecting your property value, you probably don't have much to worry about. If you maintain your home and live in a decent neighborhood, over time the fluctuations should level you out to a reasonable rate of appreciation. Don't simply assume that you won't be able to sell your home. Those with homes priced according to the area will find a buyer. There may not be a bidding war, but there will be a buyer. Regardless of your situation, you shouldn't panic just yet. Rates will go up gradually, not jump all at once. You can adjust your budget over time. Part of wise financial management is making decisions based on your individual finances, not the market or average or lender's advice. Look to what you can afford, when you can afford it. Make your decisions wisely. After all, those with no debt don't worry about interest rates. Enjoy the Taste and Burn Some Calories while Drinking Tea
By Gaya Well Tea is the most-consumed beverage worldwide next to water. For some 5,000 years, people have been getting a lift from brewing tea leaves. But it's only been in the last three decades that researchers have immersed themselves in the science behind tea's purported health benefits.
Over the centuries, as C. sinensis plants grew in the sun, they protected themselves against photosynthetic stressors by forming chemicals known as polyphenols. This group of beneficial compounds includes flavonoidsthe same class of compounds that give many fruits and vegetables their antioxidant boost. It is perhaps because of tea's high antioxidant activity that tea research is taking such a variety of turns. Physiologist William Rumpler is investigating the ancient Chinese belief that oolong tea is effective in controlling body weight. Rumpler is with ARS' Diet and Human Performance Laboratory (DHPL), one of seven laboratories that make up the Beltsville Human Nutrition Research Center (BHNRC), Beltsville, Maryland. "Our data suggested that a component of tea other than caffeine might have promoted preferential use of fat as an energy source," says Beverly Clevidence, a study coauthor and head of the DHPL.
The results showed that the EE of volunteers was about 3 percent higher after they drank either the caffeinated water or the full-strength tea than after they drank the colored water. On average, the volunteers burned an additional 67 calories a day when they drank tea instead of an equal amount of water. Perhaps most interesting was that fat oxidation was a significant 12 percent higher after the full-strength tea treatment than after the water treatment.
Some scientists speculate that caffeine and EGCGa highly active catechin in teamay act together to increase fat oxidation. Further, his research showed that in green and oolong teas, the catechin EGCG was largely responsible for the results. In black tea, active ingredients included tannins and theaflavins, in addition to EGCG.
And it's all natural, no side effects and you will enjoy a great taste plus a better quality of life.

Worm Fishing
By Trevor Kugler There is probably no more popular fishing bait on the planet earth than the good old worm. Just for the record, I'm not speaking of the colorful plastic things that Bass fishermen use. No, I'm speaking of the real thing, a live worm and the best way to fish it. Some anglers believe it's as easy as buying a Styrofoam container of worms, tying on a size 4 hook, and threading a worm onto that hook. Of course worm fishing can be done this way (if you're 10 years old), but an angler can get a bit more technical and learn how to present their worm naturally by employing a set of gang hooks. Worm fishing becomes as much of an art as fly fishing when a set of gang hooks and ultra light gear are used. So what is a set of gang hooks? A set of gang hooks is simply two small hooks tied in tandem. You see, two small hooks tied in tandem allow the angler to present the worm in a completely natural way. The live worm that you're fishing with ends up looking the same as if you just took a live worm and through it in the water. A set of gang hooks is the only way to go worm fishing, in my opinion. So how do you get your hand on some of these gang hooks? You can buy them from somewhere like JRWfishing.com, or with a little research you can tie them yourself. If you what to tie them yourself, simply do a little knot research and you'll be on your way. I personally like to use small hooks (size 10), but size 8 seem to work well for worm fishing as well. If the hooks are too big, the natural presentation is lost while worm fishing. The bottom line is that if you like worm fishing, and catching more fish, gang hooks need to become a part of your fishing repertoire. My fishing mentor taught me how to use gang hooks while worm fishing, and I've been catching fish ever since. As I alluded to earlier, by using gang hooks and ultra light fishing gear, worm fishing becomes every bit of the art that fly fishing claims to be. Remember: You don't have to be waving a fake flea back and forth to be considered an artist. Trevor Kugler is co-founder of JRWfishing.com and an avid angler. Do You Have Two Heads and a Tail?
By Pat Brill One day you are your child's best friend and the next day they would rather eat lima beans and spinach than be seen with you in public. If they're with their friends at the mall and they see you coming, they run in the other direction. If you go to the same movie, they insist on sitting ten rows behind you. What's the matter? Did you suddenly grow two heads and a tail? Every parent experiences it the time in their child's life when it's no longer "cool" to be seen with their parents. We enter into this bittersweet experience with mixed emotions. Our child is growing up and becoming independent and that's something we're proud of, but we also feel just a tad bit remorseful and maybe even hurt. After all, just a few short years ago public hugs and kisses were no big deal. Now they're cause for public humiliation and teenage angst. So how are parents supposed to handle the heartache? There are a few different ways to approach this time in your child's life. Bribery Will Get You Everywhere If you really can't bear to go to the mall without your teenager, this is the perfect time to get them the necessary clothes they need. The only way most teenagers will even consider going to the mall with mom or dad is if there's something in it for them and that means spending money. Is little Ms. Thing too cool to head to the plaza with you? Promise a brand new pair of jeans and things may change. Is Mr. Cool just too fabulous to be seen at the store with good old dad? The promise of a pair of sneakers may put a different spin on things. The Waiting Game If bribery seems abhorrent to you and there's absolutely no way you're going to "pay" your child to go out in public in your presence, then you just may have to play the waiting game. It may take a few years before you're cool enough to go out with your son or daughter again, but it will be well worth the wait when your child grows up into an adult and realizes how cool you always were. Enjoy It While It Lasts You know that freedom you had before you became a parent? Well, right about now you're getting some of it back. Instead of mourning the loss of your child's affections and attention, relish it. Go to the movies you want to see and read the book you've been meaning to get to. Before you know it, your child is going to outgrow this phase and a few short years after that you may have your hands tied as a grandparent! So rest assured, you definitely haven't sprouted another head or a tail. Your child is just spreading their wings and exploring independence. It's natural and it's good for them and though you may not realize it, it's probably good for you too. Creative Uses for Garden Trellises
By Stephanie Gottschalk Garden trellises can do wonders for any outdoor space: their height makes them ideal focal points, lending an architectural feel that looks beautiful as well as serving a practical purpose. Most people simply think of them either as decorative accents or utilitarian plant supports, but in fact they have myriad uses in the garden that you may not have previously considered. These graceful, charming garden accents come in handy as solutions for many problems gardeners face when trying to make their garden the best it can be. A common issue many gardeners come across is the matter of air conditioners, trash bins, oil tanks, pipes, wires or other items that are unsightly but necessary. These items can become eyesores in an otherwise beautiful setting, drawing attention away from your lovely flowers and carefully chosen accents. Garden trellises can act as screens to shield these unattractive items from view, providing instead a striking silhouette covered in climbing vines. A great way to use garden trellises to hide such items while still having easy access is to stick the trellises into garden pots on casters youll be able to simply roll them out of the way when necessary and the casters will barely be noticeable, especially in grassy areas. Similarly, garden trellises make wonderful privacy screens to shield your private outdoor space from neighboring windows, or fill in open spaces between trees. Often times, homes are built so close together that the view from your windows may be straight into your neighbors home. Trellises can solve this problem in your side yard, around your porch or deck, or anywhere else youd prefer a decorative accent over the current view. For an elegant and unexpected garden light, weave a string of lights through a trellis. This looks especially beautiful when the trellis is already covered in ivy or a flowering vine. Youll enjoy a soft, romantic effect with minimal cost and effort string lights can even be found in battery-operated or solar models. Whether your garden style is eclectic, modern, formal or anything in between, you can find a garden trellis that will fit in perfectly, blending with other elements in the landscape. Decorative wrought iron trellises complement nearly any garden style, with graceful fluid shapes that have a romantic feel. Another popular choice is simpler garden trellises with clean lines, made of wood or metal. Tips For Choosing Spring Wedding Favors
By Shaunta Pleasant Choosing the right spring wedding favors can be fun and exciting, and the right wedding favors are an important part of any wedding and wedding reception. With so many different kinds to choose from, choosing the perfect wedding favors for a spring wedding can be quite a challenge, and it pays to start shopping early. Shop Around To Find The Best Spring Wedding Favors Spring wedding favors are available from a wide variety of merchants, of course, including large party planning warehouses, small mom and pop stores, department stores and of course the internet. It is a good idea to shop around as much as possible any time you are in the market for wedding favors and other wedding supplies. Not only will shopping at a variety of different stores give you a good feel for what is available, but it will help you better compare prices and quality as well. Spring Wedding Favors Ideas There are of course many different gifts that could qualify as spring wedding favors. Some of the most popular wedding flowers for spring weddings are focused around gardening and the outdoors. Some wedding planners like to fill a beautiful vase with fresh or silk flowers, perhaps adding a couple of packets of flower seeds as well. This provides a great touch for the spring wedding. Of course spring wedding favors do not have to have a floral theme. Virtually any kind of gift can be adapted to a springtime wedding, from picture frames and trinket boxes to cameras and keepsake photo albums. It pays to be creative, and it also pays to look far and wide for wedding favor ideas. Using First Hand Information From Friends And Family Often the best source of ideas for great wedding favors is right in front of us. For instance, if a friend or family member has recently attended or hosted a wedding; ask them what kind of wedding favors they used. This kind of first hand information can be hard to beat. Using Bridal Magazines And Wedding Planning Guides In addition, there are plenty of spring wedding ideas lurking in the pages of those bridal magazines and wedding planning guides you may already have, so be sure to look there for some great ideas as well. No matter where you look, however, or what type of wedding favors you choose, it is important to shop early for the best selection and the best price.
